Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love everything you order. If something’s not right, here’s how we handle it.

Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition and original packaging.

To start a return, email devgupta94@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item. We’ll respond within 24–48 hours.

Damaged or Wrong Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, we’ll replace it or issue a full refund — no questions asked. Send us a photo within 48 hours of delivery.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund within 5–7 business days to your original payment method or as store credit.

Non-Returnable Items

Used items, customer-damaged products, or returns after 7 days are not eligible.

Return Shipping

Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.
